I have a variety of different types of workouts available to renew your love of movement and pilates. Some feature equipment you already have lying around your house (like pasta sauce jars, water bottles, or canned goods) and some will feature small prop equipment like bands or balls. Eventually there will also be workouts on the actual pilates equipment (reformer, tower, chair). After Baby Pilates Series
After working for the past 5 years with numerous mamas on their pre and post natal journeys (and becoming a certified Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist), I developed a series of core-focused, low impact, total body pilates workouts that can easily be done at home (with just a mat and a few other small props) while baby naps, or has tummy time. These workouts are diastasis + pelvic floor safe and aid in the healing process. I’m so passionate about helping women through this exciting and vulnerable time because there is a TON of bad information out there but with the right exercises and tools you can really make a difference in your body. All exercises are Diastasis recti friendly and aid in healing. Bonus content includes my favorite stretches and tips for good posture and alignment in every day life.
